Set process notifications
Process automation is an essential part of business operations, and with PROCESIO, you can easily create and automate processes.
Once a process has been created, it's essential to know its status after it runs. PROCESIO offers you the ability to receive notifications via email about the state of your processes. These notifications provide valuable information about the success of the process, or if errors are encountered.
Setting Process Notifications can be done in two ways:
- From the Processes List
In the processes list, you can easily spot if any notifications are set or not for a specific process by checking the notifications icon:
2. Within the process by clicking on the Process Notifications icon
Once you accessed the notifications panel, to activate notifications for your process, follow these simple steps:
- Toggle the notifications "on" by clicking the switch button.
- Add the email addresses of the recipients you want to receive notifications.
You can add one or multiple email addresses separated by a semicolon (;)
3. Choose notifications type: when the process ends with success, failure, or both.
4. Close the panel, and the configuration is saved.
That's it! You have now successfully set up notifications for your process. You will receive an email notification about the state of your process after it runs based on your notification settings.
In addition to general process notifications, you can also view any active schedules for your processes in the same panel. This feature allows users to keep track of when their processes are scheduled to run, providing them with greater visibility and control over their processes.
