This event allows you to submit another form automatically as part of a workflow. This is useful when you want to chain forms together or pass collected data from one form to another.

Getting started

  • Choose Trigger form event

  • Select a form to trigger

  • Configure data mapping between forms in Map Data

Example Use Case

  1. A user fills in a Contact Form.
  2. When submitted, it triggers a Support Ticket Form in the background.
  3. Selected fields such as Name and Email are automatically mapped into the support ticket form.
  4. Conditions ensure it only triggers if the user checked โ€œRequest Supportโ€.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your form events:

  1. Check the event logs for error messages and details.
  2. Verify the data mapping configurations.
  3. Ensure that the associated form is correctly configured and accessible.
